Our Graphics machines are equipped with a full servo system on the yarn and cloth feed. Also the moment of the needle bars is done by servo motors for correct and fast shifting.

With our servo shifters and machine setup we are able to make designs up to 200mm in width.

Depending on the request and pattern requirements, we are also still able to make the shifting mechanism with pattern cams.

This gives you a budget friendly option to fulfill your market demands for graphics designs.

Our servo controlled yarn feed for the sliding needlebar machines has the possibility of delivering the yarn to the machine in an elliptical pattern to compensate for the "pulling motion" which occurs during the movement of the needle bar.

This gives also the advantage of giving some overfeed on the yarn during startup of the machine to avoid stopmarks.
