ICY stands for Individual Controlled Yarn. With our ICY machine which is a blend of UK and Japanese engineering we offer endless possibilities and provide a machine which is only limited by your imagination.
Our ICY system is designed with an eye on maximum yarn control to obtain the high speeds needed in today's production environment. Therefor the ICY modules are developed with bigger yarn feed rollers to ensure more contact surface between yarn and roller.
They are also coated with a special material for a very long lifetime to reduce maintenance on the machine and maximize production. This coating also grants us the possibility to process wool yarns which is revolutionary in the market.
Carpet designs
This patterning attachment allows you to tuft without repeat over the complete width of your machine, be that 2,3,4 or 5m and that in the gauge you desire.
The result is free flowing patterns, shading effects and all different kind of textures you want to produce for the commercial or domestic markets.
Stepping motor
Our stepping motor system is our favorite to enable you to enter in this high end market!
It is favored in the production of carpet tiles and out there in production since 7 years.
In production we achieve speeds to 1100 stitches/min tufting smooth with yarn depending on the design.
Available in the gauge you desire and we offer the possibility to combine front and rear yarn feed in combination with sliding needlebar attachments.
Servo motor
Aside from the stepping motor driven modules, we also offer a servo driven system.
This has some benefits to the stepping motor system:
-Higher production speed up to 1500 stitches/min depending on the design
-Allows you to have larger pile differences from one stich to the next for special pattern designs.
