Description

  2. Grass product 4.11m to 5.11 meter working width. 5m wide finished grass product is possible
  3. Yarn Type PP, PE, PA6 – Monofilament and fibrillated tape Artificial grass
  4. Power stenter single side.
  5. 4 Dual Natural /LPG gas burners 2 x 1000Mjol 2 x 500Mjoul. Total = 3000Mjoul
  6. Approx. power 110kw.
  7. Compressed air required 6 Bar.
  8. Colour RAL 7024 Graphite grey or RAL 5005 Signal blue.
  9. Line speed 0.5 – 3 meter/min dependent on latex compound
  10. Natural Gas or LPG (5 - 7kpa) fired Infra-red and oven units.
  11. SBR Latex. (SOLIDS CONTENT 75%+)
  12. Application weights estimated 600gsm-1200gsm dry weight.
