Below you will find the process that a machine frame undergoes at TMS. This process consists of three stages.
We start with a frame selected from our own stock or a frame supplied by the customer. The frame is then completely stripped, reworked, and repainted to a standard equivalent to that of a brand-new machine.
Once this refurbishment process is completed, the frame is used as the foundation for the production of a fully new machine, configured and assembled according to the customer's specific requirements:

This Multi-color loop Pile tufting machine can make 6 colors patterns. It is featuring individual servo control for each yarn feed to achieve varying loop pile heights on each stroke. Big improvement from traditional low loop tufting machine, more colors in better density and design presentation. It is widely used for carpet tiles, rugs, and wall to wall carpet industry.
