Below you will find the process that a machine frame undergoes at TMS. This process consists of three stages.
We start with a frame selected from our own stock or a frame supplied by the customer. The frame is then completely stripped, reworked, and repainted to a standard equivalent to that of a brand-new machine.
Once this refurbishment process is completed, the frame is used as the foundation for the production of a fully new machine, configured and assembled according to the customer's specific requirements:

M-color Tufting machine:
This Multi-color loop Pile tufting machine can make 6 colors patterns. It is featuring individual servo control for each yarn feed to achieve varying loop pile heights on each stroke. Big improvement from traditional low loop tufting machine, more colors in better density and design presentation. It is widely used for carpet tiles, rugs, and wall to wall carpet industry.

TMS Conversions & attachments
TMS is know worldwide for their market leading position in converting existing machines and offering true value for money. We are able to adapt and design all levels of conversions, from simple gauge changes right through to the complex conversions.

All too often we hear customers struggling to source old obsolete electrical components they need to address ongoing problems.
Here at TMS we understand that there is not always the budget to simply replace a machine with a new machine when mechanically the machines are in great order. With our electrical teams deep knowledge of the industry and our close collaborations with well-known electrical component suppliers, we are able to address these obselesence issues by supplying retro fit panels with brand new up to date technology that allow our customers to retain there current machines and at the same time be confident their electrical panels will be fit for purpose for years to come.

In addition, we support our customers by arranging transportation, reinstalling the machines, commissioning and start-up, and—where required—providing operator training.
During the relocation process, we can also implement machine modifications or upgrades, ensuring the equipment is optimized for its new operational environment.
