At TMS, we also maintain a large inventory of electronic components for tufting machines, regardless of the machine brand. In addition, for selected components and applications, we can supply ready-to-use electronic solutions that can be directly integrated into existing systems.
Repair of electrical parts
LCM offers a dedicated repair service for electronic components used in tufting machines. In many cases, electrical components have become obsolete or are extremely costly to replace through the original machine manufacturer. To address this challenge, we provide a repair solution carried out here in Belgium. Customers send the electronic components to us for evaluation. Following a technical assessment, we issue a detailed quotation for the repair and proceed with the work only after receiving customer approval. This approach enables customers to effectively manage obsolescence while extending the service life of their existing equipment.
Gauge parts
We offer a complete range of gauge parts for the tufting industry. By working with all major brands, we are able to supply gauge parts in a highly flexible manner.
We maintain stock of commonly used gauge parts, including both new and pre-owned components, ensuring fast availability and cost-effective solutions.

LCM Creeling accessories
LCM supplies a complete range of creel accessories for the tufting industry. All accessories are available directly from stock, with multiple variants readily available to meet different customer requirements.
Our creel accessory portfolio includes:
- Friction tensioners
- HDPE tubing
- Ceramic eyelets
- Tube rings (2 types available)

In addition, LCM has developed an innovative new product: LCM Superglide HDPE Tubing. This advanced tubing has been longitudinally ribbed to reduce the contact surface between the tubing and the yarn, thereby minimizing friction. Furthermore, the tubing is produced using a dual-extrusion process, in which a thin inner layer of low-friction material is extruded on the inside of the tube.
The combination of these two features significantly reduces frictional tension between the yarn and the tubing. The HDPE tubing is also inherently antistatic, making it suitable for processing all common yarn types, including PP, PE, PA, and PES.

LCM Roller coverings
LCM supplies all types of roller coverings available for the textile industry. This includes the re-covering of yarn feed rollers, primary backing rollers, infeed and outfeed rollers of tufting machines, as well as the re-covering of winding rollers. We offer an extensive range of solutions made from polyurethane (PU), natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and other materials. Based on a physical sample, we can accurately determine and recommend the most suitable roller covering for each specific application. These roller coverings are available in various widths, such as 5, 7 or 10 cm, and can be supplied with or without a self-adhesive backing.
